Digital Workplace Experience Strategy for Anywhere Real Estate
Challenge
Anywhere Real Estate needed to create its first digital workplace UX strategy for 85K employees and agents. Employees struggled with redundant tools, poor hybrid meeting support, and inconsistent user experiences across platforms. Without a research-driven roadmap or adoption metrics, new rollouts like O365 risked low impact and poor engagement.
Solution
I formed and led the company’s first Digital Workplace Experience strategy, applying UX principles at a program scale. My approach combined research, personas, and capability modeling to align tools with business priorities and employee needs.
We created personas and journey maps to uncover adoption challenges across different employee groups, and built a capability roadmap that defined which digital workplace functions mattered most. This guided investment, reduced redundant tools, and set a foundation for measuring adoption through telemetry and employee feedback.
Results
The strategy delivered measurable impact across the digital workplace:
- Designed and launched a Microsoft Teams chatbot that reduced IT service desk tickets by 50%.
- Redesigned hybrid meeting workflows to achieve a 4.87/5 satisfaction score.
- Embedded telemetry and feedback loops to measure adoption and guide roadmap priorities.
- Established a sustainable model for monitoring adoption across products.
